There are some fundamental principles of smart property investing in any market, which we will teach you which will create real wealth and financial security for you and your family. The truth is that most people make two basic mistakes when buying property. They don’t buy below market value, – and they don’t buy properties with a positive cashflow. During every boom phase, people get reckless. More than 90% of buyers purchase their property at market value or higher – and most are negatively geared. That’s why many of these investors become unstuck and only ever end up buying 1 or 2 negatively geared properties which cost them to own!

Module 7: Property valuations and valuers.

Module 8: Property finance.

Module 12: The big picture – Putting it all together.
By the time you get to this module, you will be thinking about buying your first property or you may have already done that. You will need to work out an investing strategy that’s right for you in the longer term.
